Full details of the care and maintenance team for your property can be found in the Welcome Booklet that you received upon arrival. If you are still having trouble, please email hello@leaseful.co.uk

When you choose a Leaseful room or property, we'll do some suitability checks, which will include a credit check. We  also ask you to provide details of your employment, income, previous address and bank details. This is so that we can ensure you'll be able to maintain the rental agreement. 

If you are a long-term tenant (3+ months), your deposit will be protected under the Deposit Protection Service scheme. Click here for more information.

If you are on a short stay, your deposit will be held by Leaseful for the duration of your stay. Your deposit will be returned to the account on file immediately after cleaning and inspection.
